WORKSHOP ASSISTANT

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Workshop Assistant to join our production team. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our assembly process, ensuring that every piece of furniture leaving our shop meets our high standards for quality and craftsmanship. You’ll work closely with senior makers, gaining hands-on experience in measuring, cutting, and finishing, while keeping our workspace running like a well-oiled machine.

Requirements

• Grade 12 certificate (minimum qualification).
• Basic knowledge of furniture assembly and workshop tools.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the role.
