Welder / Fabricator (Garden Furniture Manufacturing)

Atlantic Garden Furniture is looking for a skilled and reliable Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team in Lusaka.

The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding steel frames used in premium outdoor and garden furniture.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and weld steel frames accurately.
• Read and follow furniture drawings and measurements.
• Grind and finish welds to a high standard.
• Ensure products meet company quality standards.
• Maintain welding equipment and keep the workshop clean.
• Work safely and efficiently as part of the production team.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of welding/fabrication experience.
• Experience with MIG welding (CO₂ welding preferred).
• Ability to work with 20 × 20 mm square tubes and 20 mm flat bar.
• Ability to read measurements and fabricate accurately.
• Honest, hardworking, and dependable.
• Experience making furniture is an added advantage.
