Key responsibilities include:

• Taking orders and serving food and drinks to customers
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience
• Handling payments and operating POS system
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Skills and qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or waiting tables
• Minimum grade 12 certificate
• Good communication, teamwork, and TIME management
• Ability to upsell and promote specials
• Basic math skills for handling cash and tips
