What you will enjoy doing

• Keep an organized filing system for goods received vouchers in chronological order and ensure timely forwarding for processing
• Conduct weekly reconciliation of bulk gases and cylinders, investigating and correcting any discrepancies in collaboration with Supply Chain and Warehouse teams
• Oversee stock receipt from branches, couriers, and suppliers, addressing issues related to damages or quantity and quality variances promptly
• Report any stock irregularities immediately to supervisors to maintain accuracy and quality standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth stock management and inventory control processes
• Uphold safety and quality standards throughout stock handling and reconciliation activities

What makes you great

• You posses a Diploma in Purchasing and Supply or Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply or equivalent and have atleast 4 years of experience in the industrial environment and must be a member of a professional body 
• Experience in inventory management, stock reconciliation, or related supply chain functions
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping and reporting
• Ability to investigate discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions effectively
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining quality standards
• Commitment to upholding safety, integrity, and respect in all work activities
