1. Masters Degree in HR or Law

2. Fellow or Full member of Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management

3. Minimum of 8 years experience in HR/Labour laws practice

4. Must be available to start work on 02nd March 2026

6. A must understanding and interpretation of the below Zambian Labour laws in general:

- The employment Code Act No. 3 of 2019

- SI No. 48 of 2020

- The Industrial & Labour Relations Act including its Current Statutory Instruments

- Workers Compensations Act

- The Factory's Act

- The Minimum Wages and Conditions Act

- The Pensions Act

- Occupational health ACT No. 16 of 2025
