Security Guard Controller

 REQUIREMENTS: 

• - Age between 25 – 35 years 
• - Minimum qualification: Grade 12 or equivalent 
• - Must be able to read, write and speak English 
• - Must be Computer Literate (a must)
• - Must be familiar with packages inclusive of (Microsoft word, excel) 
• - Physically fit and well disciplined 
• - Experience will be an added advantage
• - Experience in security services or security supervision is an advantage.
• - Basic knowledge of CCTV and security systems.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• - Monitor CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems from the control room.
• - Communicate with security guards through radio or telephone and coordinate their activities.
• - Assign patrol routes and guard posts.
• - Respond quickly to security incidents, emergencies, or alarms.
• - Maintain security logs, reports, and incident records.
• - Control and monitor entry and exit of visitors, staff, and vehicles.
• - Ensure guards follow security procedures and company policies.
• - Report any suspicious activities or security breaches to manage
