Sales & Marketing Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our dynamic team as a Sales & Marketing Officer. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting company services, driving property sales, and supporting debt recovery efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
• Actively market and sell company properties
• Engage with clients to promote products and services
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Assist in debt collection efforts, including client follow-ups and payment negotiations
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and collections

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or debt collection is an added advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Knowledge of the local property market is an added advantage
