Massbreed Investments Zambia is inviting applications from suitably qualified, ambitious and results-driven individuals to join our team in the following positions:

1. VEHICLE SALES EXECUTIVE

Position: Vehicle Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and sell the company’s range of vehicles to individuals, corporates and institutions.
• Identify new customers and develop strong relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct product presentations and vehicle demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales leads and enquiries.
• Achieve set monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 Certificate; a Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Proven experience in vehicle or automotive sales.
• Good knowledge of motor vehicles and commercial vehicles.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated and customer-focused.
• Valid Manual driver's licence is an added advantage.

2. PARTS SALES EXECUTIVE

Position: Parts Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and sell genuine automotive spare parts to customers, workshops and fleet operators.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate parts.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on enquiries and orders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
• Achieve set parts sales targets.
• Conduct market research and identify new customers and business opportunities.
• Provide professional after-sales service and resolve customer enquiries.
• Maintain accurate sales and customer records.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 Certificate; a qualification in Automotive Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field is an advantage.
• Experience in automotive spare parts sales will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of vehicle spare parts and applications.
• Strong sales, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Customer-focused, energetic and self-motivated.
