What You’ll Do:

• Build Relationships: Connect with decision-makers, business leaders, and CX/IT managers across target organizations.
• Drive Business Growth: Identify new business opportunities, generate pipeline, and manage deals from prospect to closure.
• Represent the Brand: Showcase Marezi's technology solutions at industry events, exhibitions, and professional forums.
• Market Insights: Feed market intelligence and competitor trends back to management while collaborating with technical teams for smooth client handoffs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in software solutions sales with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales dynamics and the Zambian market.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales software.
• Valid passport and willingness to travel as required.
