SALES & CLIENT SERVICE OFFICER

Reports To: Operations Manager

Job Summary

The Sales & Client Service Officer acts as the first point of contact for clients and plays a key role in delivering a professional and seamless customer experience. The role is responsible for preparing quotations, tracking orders, following up on payments, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist walk-in clients in a professional and friendly manner

Prepare accurate quotations and invoices in a timely manner

Follow up on outstanding payments and confirm receipt of payments

Update clients regularly on job progress and timelines

Maintain and update the customer database

Promote new services, products, and special offers

Support marketing initiatives and campaigns as required

Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Basic knowledge of printing services

Sales and negotiation skills

Computer literacy (Microsoft Office and related systems)

Professional appearance and positive attitude
