Sales Champion

Job Purpose

The Sales Champion is responsible for driving business growth by identifying and recruiting new clients, promoting Zatham Wealth Ltd's financial products, and supporting the achievement of branch sales targets. The role requires proactive field engagement with individuals, SMEs, corporates, and strategic partners to expand the company's customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit new clients for SME loan products.
• Market Zatham Wealth Ltd's products through field visits, activations, referrals, and networking.
• Build and maintain relationships with SMEs, corporates, and community stakeholders.
• Assist clients with loan applications and ensure all required documentation is complete.
• Conduct preliminary KYC checks before submitting applications.
• Meet assigned monthly sales and client acquisition targets.

Minimum Qualifications

• Grade 12 Certificate (Diploma in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is an added advantage).
• Experience in sales, marketing, microfinance, or customer service will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Knowledge of Ndola and surrounding business communities.
