Sales and Marketing

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and knowledgeable Sales and Marketing professionals to occupy the position stated above. The main objective of this role is to boost current sales to meet quarterly targets and grow the company revenue. Remuneration and job retention for this role is based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

·        Identify new opportunities and grow Company portfolio

·        Develop new client relationships

·        Make Company presentations to prospective clients

Customer Relationships Management:

·        Taking the lead in managing client relationship and ensure that management team are kept informed.

·        Liaise with clients to ensure that all necessary information is given

·        Ensure that clients’ expectations are fulfilled.

·        Ensure to uphold client satisfaction in all engagements.

Market Research:

·        Stay up to date with market trends and business opportunities

·        Ensure that you are well equipped with marketing strategies.

·        Develop market strategies to maximize utilization of company resources.

Report Writing:

·        Prepared monthly Sales and Marketing reports

Other duties as deemed necessary.

·        Attention to detail

·        Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills

·        Strong Organisational skills

·        Teamwork

Qualifications & Experience

·        A Degree/Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Public Relations or equivalent from a recognized learning institution.

·        Minimum of two (2) years of experience for degree holders.

·        Minimum of three (3) years of experience for Diploma holders.
