Position:

Sales and Marketing Trainee

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and knowledgeable Sales and Marketing graduates to fill in the floated position above. The summary of this role is mainly to train recent graduates in Sales and Marketing to market company products, make sales and to maintaining customer relations. The objective is to have a relationship resulting into retention for a contract but based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

-     Business Development:

·        Identify new opportunities and grow Company portfolio

·        Develop new client relationships

·        Make Company presentations to prospective clients

-     Customer Relationships Management:

·        Taking the lead in managing client relationship and ensure that management team are kept informed.

·        Liaise with clients to ensure that all necessary information is given

·        Ensure that clients’ expectations are fulfilled.

·        Ensure to uphold client satisfaction in all engagements.

-     Market Research:

·        Stay up to date with market trends and business opportunities

·        Ensure that you are well equipped with marketing strategies.

Report Writing:

·        Prepared monthly Sales and Marketing reports

·        Develop market strategies to maximize utilization of company resources.

-     Any Other duties as deemed necessary.

Qualifications & Experience

·        Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Public Relations or equivalent from a recognized institution of learning.
