Sales and Business Development Lead

We are looking for an aggressive, energetic and commercially driven salesperson who enjoys finding and winning new business.

• Be self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Have a professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
• Be comfortable dealing with business owners, executives and procurement decision-makers.

5. Experience & Qualifications

Required

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years' proven experience in sales/business development, preferably in B2B sales.
• Demonstrated track record of acquiring new customers.
• Experience working against sales targets.
• Strong prospecting and cold-sales experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively within Lusaka and, where required, other areas of Zambia.
