About Us

Edubridge Education Centre is the first NCUK-accredited study Centre in Zambia. We help young Zambians access world-class international education through the NCUK International Foundation Year (IFY), which leads to top universities in the UK and beyond, as well as study abroad, visa and migration support.

The Role

We are looking for energetic, self-driven sales agents to promote and enrol students on our NCUK IFY programme and study abroad services. You will connect students and parents with life-changing education opportunities and earn attractive commission for every successful enrolment.

Key Responsibilities

•        Generate leads and promote the NCUK IFY programme and study abroad services to students, parents, schools and community groups

•        Conduct information sessions, school visits and follow-ups with prospective students and their families

•        Guide prospects through the enquiry, application and enrolment process

•        Meet agreed monthly enrolment and lead targets

•        Represent Edubridge professionally and accurately at all times

•        Provide regular reports on leads, conversions and market feedback

Requirements

•        Minimum Grade 12 certificate; a diploma or degree is an added advantage

•        Proven sales, marketing or student recruitment experience (education sector experience preferred)

•        Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills

•        A good network among schools, parents, churches, or youth and community organizations

•        Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently

•        Own smartphone and reliable transport; good social media skills

•        Honest, professional and well presented
