Key Responsibilities Full-cycle recruitment:

Post job vacancies, source candidates, screen resumes, schedule and conduct interviews, extend offers Talent pipeline and do door to door recruitment.

Build and maintain candidate databases for current and future roles in lottery sales/operations Candidate experience

Manage communication with applicants, coordinate interviews, and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires. Employer branding

Represent the company professionally to attract quality candidates in the Zambian job market Hiring compliance

Ensure all recruitment activities comply with Zambian labor laws and company hiring policies Reporting
