Auramor Counselling and Wellness Centre is a professional, non-medical counselling and wellness centre dedicated to promoting emotional well-being and healthy relationships through confidential, ethical, and client-centred counselling services. We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and committed Psychosocial and Relationship Counsellor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, family, and relationship counselling services.
- Offer psychosocial support to clients experiencing emotional, personal, social, or relationship challenges.
- Provide psychosexual counselling within the scope of professional competence and Auramor's non-medical counselling services.
- Conduct client assessments and develop appropriate counselling plans.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and secure client records.
- Facilitate workshops, support groups, and wellness programmes.
- Promote clients' emotional resilience, healthy relationships, and overall well-being.
- Refer clients to appropriate medical or mental health professionals where specialised assessment or treatment is required.
- Uphold the highest standards of professional ethics, confidentiality, and client care.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Counselling, Psychology, Guidance and Counselling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Professional training in counselling techniques.
- Specialised training or experience in relationship and psychosexual counselling will be an added advantage.
- A minimum of two (2) years' counselling experience is preferred.
- Membership with a recognised professional counselling body is an added advantage.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong counselling, active listening, and empathy skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Ability to manage sensitive and emotionally challenging situations.
- Strong report-writing and record-keeping skills.
- Good computer literacy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
