Property Consultant

We are looking for highly motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Property Consultant.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, marketing company properties, facilitating site visits, and converting leads into sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and sell company plots and real estate products.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and direct marketing activities.
• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales.
• Conduct property viewings and site inspections with prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
• Provide accurate information regarding available properties, pricing, and payment plans.
• Conduct sales presentations to individuals, groups, organizations, and corporate clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and client documentation.
• Represent the company professionally at exhibitions, activations, and promotional events.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate with at least five (5) credits, including English and Mathematics.
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or real estate is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver's license will be an added advantage.
