Details
- Translate management strategy into clear annual, quarterly and monthly operating plans.
- Coordinate the seven-person core team and the ten Customer Engagement & Onboarding Representatives.
- Develop project plans, milestones, deliverables, responsibilities and timelines.
- Monitor implementation against approved budgets, milestones and KPIs.
- Lead weekly operational meetings and ensure decisions become assigned actions.
- Coordinate operational implementation of relationships with NCC, EIZ, TEVETA, Build It International and other partners.
- Ensure formalisation referrals identified by the field team are properly assessed and progressed through the appropriate pathway.
- Work closely with the CTO to ensure Phase 2 development responds to actual business and stakeholder requirements.
- Monitor user acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention and revenue performance.
- Work with Business Development, Marketing and Customer Success to convert opportunities into measurable results.
- Monitor operational risks and implement corrective actions.
- Support recruitment, team development and performance management.
