Go Zambia Jobs is looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Partnerships Director to help us build the next stage of our growth.

Go Zambia Jobs is Zambia’s leading employment platform, connecting employers with jobseekers across the country. As the wider Go Zambia Group continues to grow, we are looking for someone who can develop valuable relationships with employers, brands and partners across Zambia.

This is not simply an advertising sales role.

We are looking for someone who can become a key commercial representative of the Go Zambia Group, identifying opportunities, developing relationships and creating partnerships that deliver genuine value for both our audience and our commercial partners.

The Role

As Partnerships Director, you will be responsible for growing commercial partnerships across Go Zambia Jobs, Go Africa Academy and Let’s Goal.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Selling advertising and sponsorship opportunities across the Go Zambia Jobs website and wider network
• Building long-term partnerships with leading Zambian and international brands
• Developing relationships with employers already using Go Zambia Jobs
• Identifying opportunities to expand relationships with existing employer partners
• Creating bespoke advertising, sponsorship and partnership packages
• Working with brands to develop campaigns that reach the Go Zambia Jobs audience
• Building partnerships across Go Africa Academy, Go Zambia Jobs and Let’s Goal
• Identifying new commercial opportunities for the Go Zambia Group
• Representing the Group in meetings with employers, agencies and brand partners
• Helping develop Go Zambia Group into a broader employment, education and media brand

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is confident building relationships at a senior level and comfortable creating commercial opportunities from scratch.

You may currently work in media, advertising, recruitment, partnerships, business development, marketing or sponsorships.

You should be:

• Highly commercial and target driven
• Excellent at building and maintaining relationships
• Confident speaking with senior decision makers and business owners
• Comfortable presenting ideas and partnership opportunities
• Proactive and able to create opportunities rather than wait for them
• Knowledgeable about the Zambian business and advertising landscape
• Strong at negotiating and closing commercial agreements
• Excited by the opportunity to help build and shape a growing Zambian media group

Existing relationships with major employers, advertising agencies, marketing teams or leading brands in Zambia would be a significant advantage.
