Job Description: Offloading & Issuing Specialist
Employment Type: Full-time
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Experience: No experience limit (prior logistics/warehousing experience is a plus)
Job Summary
The Offloading & Issuing Specialist is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end dispatch and receiving process at the site. This role ensures accurate goods preparation, safe and orderly vehicle coordination, strict quality and quantity control, and the safe handling of cargo while maintaining a secure and organized working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Processing & Inventory Coordination
- Receive and process提货WAYBILL (waybills) and material requisition forms. Coordinate with various warehouse zones to ensure goods are prepared accurately, timely, and efficiently.
- Traffic Control & Vehicle Dispatching
- Assess real-time site conditions and direct incoming transport vehicles to enter the loading area in a safe, orderly, and sequential manner.
- Quality Assurance & Handover Verification
- Perform rigorous quantity and quality checks on prepared goods against waybills. Coordinate inspections with clients and submit final verification records to the site supervisor for double-check.
- Loading Supervision & Cargo Protection
- Direct and supervise loading personnel, instructing them on proper loading, unloading, and handling techniques to minimize product damage rates during dispatch.
- Site Safety, Security & Housekeeping (5S)
- Monitor site operations to ensure zero safety accidents and prevent cargo theft. Oversee the neat organization of all tools and resources (pallets, straps, hand trucks) at the end of each shift.
Key Requirements
- Skills: Proficient in inventory counting, reconciliation, and stock verification procedures.
- Attributes: Exceptionally responsible, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and possessing good coordination skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma / CIPS .
- At least 2 years of relevant warehouse or inventory management experience or stores department.
- Familiarity with inventory systems and warehouse operations.
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail and safety awareness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
