MULTIPLE POSITIONS – BEM MOTORS (11 POSITIONS)

Locations: Various Stations Nationwide

BEM Motors Limited, one of Zambia's leading passenger transport and logistics companies, invites applications from suitably qualified, experienced, and highly motivated individuals to fill the following positions:

1. TRUCK DRIVERS (5 POSITIONS)

Job Purpose

To safely and efficiently operate company trucks for the transportation of goods while ensuring compliance with road traffic regulations, company policies, and customer service standards.

Qualifications and Skills

·        Full Grade 12 School Certificate.

·        Valid PSV/DG Driver's Licence.

·        Minimum of three (3) years' proven experience driving heavy commercial trucks.

·        Should have good mechanical background

·        Clean driving record with no serious traffic offences.

·        Good knowledge of road safety regulations.

·        Physically fit and able to work long-distance assignments.

·        Good communication and interpersonal skills.

2. COACH DRIVERS (5 POSITIONS)

Job Purpose

To provide safe, reliable, and customer-focused passenger transportation services while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and road safety.

Qualifications and Skills

·        Full Grade 12 School Certificate.

·        Valid PSV/P Driver's Licence.

·        Minimum of five (5) years' experience driving passenger coaches.

·        Should have good mechanical background

·        Defensive driving certification will be an added advantage.

·        Excellent customer service and communication skills.

·        Good knowledge of road safety regulations.

·        High level of integrity and professionalism.

3. SAFETY OFFICER (1 POSITION)

Job Purpose

To promote and enforce occupational health, safety, and environmental standards across company operations in order to minimize workplace risks and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

·        Full Grade 12 School Certificate.

·        Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field.

·        Registered with the Zambia Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (where applicable).

·        Minimum of three (3) years' relevant work experience.

·        Strong analytical and report-writing skills.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
