Heartland’s Best Zambia is a poultry and agribusiness company specialising in day-old chicks, quality stock feed, frozen chicken products, eggs, dairy products and chicken sausages. The company supports farmers and consumers through reliable products, technical guidance and accessible outlets across Zambia.

Heartland’s Best Zambia invites suitably qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the following positions:

Available Positions

• Shop Manager – Livingstone
• Shop Supervisor – Livingstone
• Shop Supervisor – Lusaka
• Sales Assistants – Livingstone and Lusaka

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

• Have at least two years of relevant work experience in the position applied for.
• Have experience selling frozen chicken, stock feed and day-old chicks.
• Hold a diploma or professional qualification in Animal Science, Agriculture, Marketing or a related field.
• Possession of a relevant degree will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrate strong sales, communication, customer-service and interpersonal skills.
• Shop Manager and Supervisor applicants must also possess strong leadership, stock-management and team-supervision skills.

Successful candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling frozen chicken, stock feed and day-old chicks while maintaining excellent customer service.
