Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, hardworking Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with about one - two years of experience who is eager to learn, grow, and spend time out in the field promoting our brand directly to customers.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan, organise, and run outdoor promotional activations and campaigns

· Engage directly with customers and communities to promote our products and services

· Carry out field work, including market visits, product demonstrations, and distribution of promotional materials

· Support the marketing team with planning, reporting, and campaign follow-up

· Gather customer feedback and market insights to help improve our marketing efforts

· Represent the company professionally at all times

Requirements

· Diploma or degree in Business Administration (or a related field)

· Recent graduate or a maximum of 1 year of relevant experience

· Experience in outdoor promotions or brand activations

· Willingness to learn and take direction

· Ability and willingness to do regular field work

· Hardworking, reliable, and self-motivated

· Strong communication and people skills
