Marketing Intern

Role Summary

As a Marketing Intern, you'll be responsible for creating content, managing our social media presence, supporting digital marketing campaigns, and helping generate qualified leads for our software products. This is a practical role where you'll learn by doing and directly contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Record and edit short-form videos and promotional content.
• Design marketing graphics, posters, and promotional materials.
• Write captions, blog posts, and marketing copy.
• Schedule and publish social media content.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Research competitors and market trends.
• Respond to social media messages and comments professionally.
• Track marketing performance and prepare simple reports.
• Suggest new ideas to improve brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Assist during product launches, events, and client demonstrations.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Resident of Chipata.
• Own laptop.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Comfortable using social media platforms.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to learn quickly.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Preferred Skills

Experience with any of the following is an advantage:

• Canva
• CapCut
• Adobe Express
• Meta Business Suite
• TikTok
• Facebook Ads
• Google Workspace
• Basic photography or videography
