About the Opportunity

We are inviting applications from recent graduates who are eager to begin their careers in the Insurance Loss Adjusting and Risk Management field. This position is designed to provide hands on experience and professional development through structured training and mentorship.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering

• Grade B or better in English Language

Training and Responsibilities

Successful candidates will undergo on the job and theory based training to develop the following competencies:

• Loss Adjusting: Assisting in assessing engineering and related claims, burglary, and business interruption claims.

• Risk Management Surveys: Supporting in risk identification, profiling, and advisory for insurance underwriters and clients.

• Recoveries: Assisting with recovery processes on behalf of insurers.

• Valuations: Participating in valuations of buildings, plant, and machinery.

• Superintending & Sampling: Assisting in pre and post shipment inspections and quality control tasks.

• Reporting: Ensuring all work meets company turnaround standards and contributing to production report preparation.
