Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across hospitality, events, and facilities.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost optimization.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain service standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Build partnerships and promote Njele Country Park within the community.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in hospitality or leisure management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and drive operational efficiency.
• Customer‑focused mindset with innovative problem‑solving skills.
