IT Engineer – Chipata

Mary's Meals Zambia is looking for an experienced and proactive IT Engineer to join our team in Chipata.

As the lead local IT professional, you will play a key role in supporting and maintaining our IT infrastructure, networks, cloud services, and end-user systems. You'll work closely with colleagues across Zambia and the wider Mary's Meals global IT team to deliver reliable, secure, and efficient technology services.

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years' experience in IT infrastructure support or administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, networking, cloud technologies, and IT support.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
