HIRING: HR OFFICER

Company:ZETU COURIER LIMITED 

Location: Lusaka, Zambia  

Employment Type: Full-Time 

 GROSS PAY of k5000

We are a fast-growing courier company based in Lusaka, committed to reliable, on-time deliveries across Zambia. As we expand, we are looking for a qualified and motivated HR Officer to join and strengthen our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Spearhead the recruitment process -Job advertising, shortlisting, interviews, onboarding

- People Management - Employee relations, engagement, and welfare

- Contract Management - Draft, review and manage staff contracts 

- Payroll & Benefits Administration - Work with finance to ensure accurate, timely payroll and file monthly returns (NAPSA &NHIMA)

- Disciplinary Administration - Handle grievances, investigations, and maintain discipline in line with labor laws

- Performance Management - Implement appraisals and KPIs

- Ensure company policies and Zambian Labour Laws are followed

- HR Records & Reporting - Maintain employee files and HR data.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. HR Professional qualification is an added advantage

- Minimum 1 -2 years progressive HR experience.

- knowledge of Zambian Labour Laws and HR best practices 

- Paid up member of the Zambia Institute of Human resource management
