Job Opportunity: Hotel Manager (Relocation Required)

Location: Mazabuka, Zambia

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and results-driven Hotel Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a well-established hotel in Mazabuka. The ideal candidate must be willing to relocate and have a proven ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee the daily operations of the hotel to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

* Lead, supervise, and develop hotel staff to maintain high performance standards.

* Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by addressing feedback and resolving concerns promptly.

* Manage budgets, revenue, expenses, and financial performance.

* Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy, revenue, and customer retention.

* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.

* Monitor housekeeping, food and beverage, front office, and maintenance operations.

* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service quality, and operational efficiency.

* Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, corporate clients, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in hotel management or a senior supervisory role within the hospitality industry.

* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

* Sound financial and business management knowledge.

* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems is an added advantage.

* Must be willing to relocate to Mazabuka.
