Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to the Business Department.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate department staff.
- Ensure effective curriculum implementation and high academic standards.
- Develop departmental work plans and monitor performance.
- Coordinate examinations, assessments, and academic reporting.
- Participate in school management meetings and contribute to policy development.
- Take part in other extra-curricular activities for the school for Example: Class tutors, Club Matron, Discipleship leader etc.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education in Business Studies.
· Minimum of three (3) years’ teaching experience.
· Demonstrated management and leadership abilities.
· Proven track record of producing excellent Grade 12 final examination results.
· Commitment to supporting and upholding Christian values.
GRADE 7 TEACHER
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the approved curriculum.
· Prepare learners for Grade 7 final examinations and ensure high academic performance.
· Assess, record, and report on learners’ progress.
· Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
· Participate in staff meetings, school activities, and professional development programmes.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Primary Education.
· Minimum of two (2) years’ teaching experience at primary level.
· Proven track record of producing good Grade 7 final examination results will be an added advantage.
· Registered with the Teaching Council of Zambia.
· Commitment to supporting and upholding Christian values.
PROCUREMENT -INTERN
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement processes in line with institutional policies.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory management.
- Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.
- Prepare procurement reports as required.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma in Procurement, Purchasing & Supply, Business Administration, or related field.
- Knowledge of procurement procedures and supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Computer literacy is an added advantage.
- Must support and uphold Christian values.
