1. FRONT-END LOADERS X10

Purpose of Position

§  Operate loaders safely and efficiently.

§  Working on various projects, loading and moving materials.

Education / Experience

§  Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in the mining, drilling, and construction sector.

§  Front-end loader operator license or certification

§  Experience operating Liu Gong front-end loaders with x2 joysticks

§  Strong operating and maintenance skills

§  Valid driver’s license a MUST.

Essential Key Performance Indicator -KPIs

The focus should be on loading accuracy and equipment uptime, and from the two mentioned, your KPIs are as follows:

1.     Safety Incidents: Zero safety incidents

2.     Productivity: Achieve 20t cubic meters’/hour production rate

3.     Equipment Uptime: Achieve 95% equipment uptime

4.     Fuel Efficiency: Achieve 15 liters/hour fuel consumption

5.     Loading Accuracy: Achieve 100% loading accuracy rating

2. ROCK BREAKER OPERATORS X10

Using a hydraulic hammer attachment on a excavator to reduces large, over-sized rocks into smaller, manageable pieces using hydraulic hammers mounted on an Excavator and is used to break up and demolish hard, rock-like structures in the open pit mining environment

#Good communication skills.

#Operate the rock breaker safely and efficiently

#Break rocks and boulders to specific Milli-metres

#Perform routine checks and maintenance familiar with Operators Checklist inputs

#Collaborate with teams and supervisors

Follow safety protocols and procedures

#3 to 4 years experience, #Grade 12 a must,

#Excavator operator certification and

#valid silicosis certificate

NOTE: IF YOU HAVE NO FORMAL EXPERIENCE AS A ROCK-BREAKER PLEASE DO NOT APPLY AND IF YOU ONLY KNOW HOW TO OPERATE A BUCKET EXCAVATOR WITHOUT KNOWING OR EXPERIENCED AS A ROCK BREAKER PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. (if you apply and yet do not know how to operate a rock-breaker we shall call you for interviews and you waste your transport money, so only apply if you have operated a rock-breaker)

  NB: Applicant should have own accommodation in Solwezi, camp houses are currently full in capacity.
