FOOT SOLDIERS

Roland Imperial Tobacco Company Limited is seeking for a motivated, energetic and target-driven individuals to join our Sales team as Foot Soldiers.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct door-to-door and field sales activities.

* Identify and recruit new customers and sales opportunities.

* Promote and sell company products within assigned areas.

* Maintain good relationships with customers and retailers.

* Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

* Submit accurate daily sales and activity reports.

* Collect market information and provide feedback to management.

* Follow company sales procedures and policies.

* Account for all company stock and materials issued.

Requirements

* Grade 12 Certificate.

* Certificate/Diploma in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration will be an added advantage.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Must be energetic, hardworking and self-motivated.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Previous experience in sales, marketing or field work will be an added advantage.

* Must be willing to work in different areas and travel within assigned territories.

* Must demonstrate honesty, discipline and commitment.
