The University is seeking to recruit suitably qualified individual for the position of Examinations Officer

Job purpose,

Coordinate and administer examinations to ensure they are conducted efficiently and in accordance with University policies and procedures.

Roles and Responsibilities

·        Coordinate the examination process from planning to result publication.

·        Prepare examination schedules and coordinate examination venues.

·        Receive and follow up on the submission of examination question papers from faculty.

·        Ensure the secure handling and confidentiality of examination materials.

·        Invigilate examinations and ensure compliance with examination regulations.

·        Prepare examination-related reports and maintain examination records.

·        Perform any other lawful duties as assigned by Management.

 Qualifications

• Bachelor’ Degree from a recognized University.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
