Engineering Coordinator (China–Zambia) – Zambian Graduate

JM Turnkey Construction Limited is seeking a Zambian Engineering Coordinator who can support coordination between our Chinese project team and local employees. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of simple Chinese and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Support communication between Chinese Project Managers and local employees

Prepare and communicate daily construction task lists

Follow up on project progress, quality issues, and outstanding work

Assist with daily reports, meeting notes, and action lists

Collect site photographs and relevant construction information

Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams

Assist with material and delivery follow-up

Participate in site inspections and other project management activities

Requirements

Must be a Zambian graduate who studied in China

Preferably studied in one of the following:

Civil Engineering

Construction Management

(Other construction-related engineering/programs may be considered)

Ability to understand and communicate simple Chinese (preferred)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Willingness to work on project sites and support day-to-day activities.
