DIGITAL MARKETING & CREATIVE ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Plush Coatings and Chemicals Company Limited, manufacturers of Plush Paints, is looking for a creative, energetic and digitally confident individual to lead and strengthen our online presence.

The successful candidate will turn our products, people and business activities into engaging content that builds the Plush Paints brand, grows our audience and supports sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage our digital marketing strategy and content calendar.
• Create engaging videos, reels, graphics, photographs and written content.
• Manage our Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
• Engage followers and respond professionally to online enquiries.
• Confidently present products, demonstrations and company activities on camera.
• Develop promotional and educational campaigns that support brand awareness and sales.
• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements.

The ideal candidate should be:

• Highly creative, tech-savvy and confident using modern digital tools.
• A strong communicator with excellent social media engagement skills.
• Natural and confident in front of the camera.
• Skilled in content creation, photography, videography and basic editing.
• Familiar with Canva, CapCut, Adobe applications or similar creative tools.
• Organised, proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Commercially minded and able to connect digital marketing activities to customer engagement and sales.

A university degree is not mandatory. Practical ability, creativity, attitude and demonstrated results will be valued more than academic qualifications.
