• Respond to customer enquiries and convert potential customers into sales.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective clients.
• Promote the company’s products and services.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.
• Create engaging content for the company’s social-media platforms.
• Take photographs and videos for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Write clear and engaging social-media posts.
• Develop and implement marketing ideas, campaigns and strategies.
• Coordinate customer orders from enquiry through to completion.
• Provide excellent after-sales service.
• Help grow the company’s online presence, customer base and sales.
• Perform other customer-service and marketing duties assigned by management.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in customer service, sales or marketing will be an added advantage.
