📢 WE’RE HIRING: COMMISSION-BASED SALES AGENTS

Hostera Systems is looking for confident, results-driven Sales Agents to help us introduce HotelX, a cloud-based property management system, to hotels, lodges, guesthouses and serviced apartments across Zambia.

📍 Locations: Lusaka, Copperbelt and Livingstone

Key responsibilities:

• Identifying and approaching potential hospitality clients

• Securing appointments and arranging product demonstrations

• Following up with prospective clients

• Supporting the sales process until the client signs and pays

Commission

💰 Earn K1,500–K2,000 for every successfully signed, onboarded and paying client, depending on your involvement in closing the sale.

This is a commission-based opportunity with flexible working arrangements. Product training and sales materials will be provided.

Who should apply?

• Individuals with strong communication and sales skills

• Self-motivated people who are comfortable approaching businesses

• Experience in hospitality, technology or B2B sales is an advantage

• Applicants must have access to a smartphone and communicate professionally
