(1) CASHIERS & BAR SERVICE TEAM (×3)

2 YEARS & ABOVE EXPERIENCE

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet guests warmly and take orders accurately at the counter/POS station.

• Handle guest complaints and make sure that bills are presented

professionally.

• Handle cash, cards, Mobile Money, and other payment methods.

• Do cash ups at the start and end of the shift and balance the till.

• Coordinate with waiters and be part of the service team.

• Ensure service and order coordination is smooth.

• Report any discrepancies to the manager immediately.

• Be flexible to work on holidays as this is a demanding role.

• Must have 2 years plus and with a hospitality background.

• Must be good with service and waitron services.

• Grade 12 certificate and tertiary qualified in hotel management.
