Call Center Agents

WE ARE LOOKING FOR ENERGETIC Fresh graduates who are willing to gain industrial experience to fill the position of Call Centre Intern on a part-time basis to be based in Lusaka.

REQUIREMENTS

-Minimum Grade 12 Certificate

-Diploma or certificate in any social science field

-Excellent communication skills - both English and any local language are an added advantage

- Self-motivated, professional, and willing to learn.

DUTIES

-Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries

-Make outbound calls for follow-ups and Order confirmation

-Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
