BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION INTERN

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Business Administration Intern to join our team.

This is a paid internship suitable for recent graduates and final year students under distance or part-time learning.

REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, or a related field
• Are recent graduates or in their final year of study
• Have some practical experience in HR, Finance, Administration, Operations, Procurement, or other business functions
• Have good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Have strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills
• Are proactive, reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Are available to work during normal working hours

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Interns will assist with day-to-day business operations, including:

• Administrative and organisational tasks
• HR and employee documentation
• Financial records and basic accounting support
• Procurement and supplier documentation
• Data entry and reporting
• Preparing and organising company documents
• Maintaining records and filing systems
• Supporting management and various departments
• Assisting with construction project administration
