2 YEARS & ABOVE EXPERIENCE

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, mocktails and

beverages.

• Know wines, spirits, and other alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks.

• Able to craft own beverage special menus and signature

drinks.

• Maintain cleanliness of the bar and proper stock rotation.

• Engage with guests and provide excellent service.

• Manage bar inventory and report shortages.

• Ensure compliance with safety and licensing regulations.

• Must have 2 years plus experience in bar service or

mixology.
