Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Restaurant & Bar Supervisor to oversee daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate is energetic, creative, highly organized, and a strong people manager with proven experience in managing both restaurant and bar environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar to ensure smooth service
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high performance and service standards
• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and shift planning
• Monitor stock levels, place orders, and control inventory for food and beverages
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Support in menu planning, promotions, and event execution
• Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and overall presentation of the venue
• Handle cash-ups, reporting, and basic administrative duties
• Work closely with management to improve service delivery and profitability

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant and bar setting
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including stock control
