Assistant Sales Officer

We are a leading fertilizer company inviting applications for six (6) temporary Assistant Sales Officers for a 5-month contract within the agricultural industry. These positions are located on the outskirts of Lusaka and require extensive travel. 

Key Responsibilities:

 - Promote and sell products and services to prospective clients.

 - Identify new business opportunities through prospecting and referrals.

 - Excution of our product under the e-voucher programme.

 - Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

 - Attend training sessions and actively apply what you learn.

 - Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

 - Provide feedback from clients to improve products and services.

 - Represent the company professionally at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

 - Minimum Diploma in the agro-sales industry.

 - Familiarity with the e-voucher programme.

 - Clear track record of previous sales experience with traceable experience from the most recent employer.

 - Confident, energetic, and self-motivated.

 - Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.

 - Willingness to learn and grow.
