Accounts Intern

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to join our team in Lusaka.

Position: Accounts Intern

Location: Lusaka – Makeni

Employment Type: Internship

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
• Assist with processing and filing financial documents.
• Support the preparation and reconciliation of invoices, receipts and other accounting records.
• Assist with bank and cash reconciliations.
• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records.
• Support the Finance team with general administrative and accounting duties.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Applicants must have graduated within the last three (3) years.
• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Must be a resident of Lusaka, preferably residing in or around Makeni Mall and surrounding areas.
• Ability to report to work reliably and on time.
