Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the company’s financial health and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports

* Manage accounts payable and receivable

* Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial transactions

* Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

* Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements

* Monitor and report on company expenses and financial performance

* Support audits and provide necessary documentation

Requirements

* Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

* Professional qualification (e.g., ZICA, ACCA, or equivalent) is an added advantage

* Proven experience in an accounting role

* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
